Greedy bank, charges fees for small transactions even after you opt out of overdraft, they will continue to stack tge fees every 5 days. The staff dont give out the right information, one suggested something that caused me to pay them more fees. Closed this account other banks are way better
They wouldn't let me take out 20 bucks for a haircut without an ID even though I had my social, secret phrase and every possible identifier possible. The fact you didnt know who i was after living in north utica until i got married is sad. Their rates are pathetic after banking with them for 10+ years. Do yourself a favor and drop berkshire bank.
Went to get money out and found this note, yet berkshires email and website said they’re closing early but you can use their ATM…apparently not…very unprofessional to not alert customers officially via email and websites etc.
