They wouldn't let me take out 20 bucks for a haircut without an ID even though I had my social, secret phrase and every possible identifier possible. The fact you didnt know who i was after living in north utica until i got married is sad. Their rates are pathetic after banking with them for 10+ years. Do yourself a favor and drop berkshire bank.
Went to get money out and found this note, yet berkshires email and website said they’re closing early but you can use their ATM…apparently not…very unprofessional to not alert customers officially via email and websites etc.
Julie is excellent! She helped resolve an issue with an electronic payment that was very important to me.
I needed to make a withdrawal was refused help
