The Manager here Vanessa and her maintenance man are amazing and the Building is so beautiful and close to everything for me bcuz I don't have a vehicle an my heart doctor and Primary doctor is close by But I can't be more happy living here then anywhere else bcuz of the Love our manager and her maintenance man has for the tenants here.
I think this place is great! I love that they offer free tea. It’s Great that I get to utilize the community room to do my puzzles and enjoy hanging out with the other residents. I also like that Meals On Wheels delivers here which is great for us.
A very frendly place and the people are great would recommend renting here
I chose Berkshire at The Grove as my home almost a year ago. It is a great, independent, 55+ living community. I have met some great people here, and I enjoy the comradery among the residents. I appreciate the help and concern for the residents here, from Vanessa, our super on-site manager. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
