Chase is awesome. Helped me get rid of nasty spider-web decayed weed barrier under dirt and interwoven with stump roots. He pulled cheap black plastic out from under the shallow gravel in my driveway before it started breaking down into bits, and then tidied up the driveway. He had great ideas for cleaning up our front yard and was careful to minimize tread damage to the yard.
