I am so grateful for Dr. Probst, Dr. Heather, and all the staff at Berk’s Women’s Health. I was sick of being dismissed and ignored by my previous Gynecologists and a friend suggested Dr. Probst. I have been a patient of Dr Probst for 30 years and she delivered both my babies. Unfortunately our insurance is no longer accepted so my daughter and I changed to another practice. I called months ago to cancel our annual appointments. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and called my daughter to confirm her appointment that was canceled. I had multiple awful experiences with this office- mainly with Dr. Probst herself. Not once did I ever feel cared for or cared about as a patient during any appointment I had with her. I unfortunately found her to be very cut and dry, with a “to-the-point” and “matter-of-fact” attitude with zero sympathy. I learned about Dr. Probst after my Dr. I was using for natural hormones past away. She was quick and helpful and even closer for my visits. The office staff is kind, professional, & helpful when I need to place an order. I’m happy they referred me here. If you want to consider natural hormone replacement this office is great.
Been going to Susan for over a year for hormone replacement, I feel amazing. Her and her staff are very caring and knowledgeable. The treatment is worth every penny.
