I have been a patient of Dr Probst for over twenty yrs and she and her staff have also had the upmost professionalism and kindness and compassion. Dr Probst is a wealth of information with her yrs of practice. I would highly recommend her practice!
The nurse practitioner, Heather, is amazing. I go here for my HRT and she really cares about women’s struggles with this and is a huge advocate.
Here we go… Two years ago I was a transfer patient from LVHN after undergoing a colposcopy done while menstruation- which they were aware of causing me to have a significant infection in my uterus. I rarely leave reviews, but after multiple deeply disappointing experiences with this practice, I feel compelled to share my concerns so others can make informed decisions. Over the past year, I have repeatedly encountered unprofessionalism, poor communication, and a lack of basic compassion from this office. If there is anything you get from reading this review, it’s to run very far and fast from this practice. In my opinion, Dr. Probst needs to retire. My experience here was absolutely horrendous, unprofessional, and unsettling. I had transferred to this practice from another, and they were able to see me rather quickly, which after reading these other reviews, I’m shocked they’re still in business but that would explain why.
