Wow. Berks Water technology is the best. I absolutely had no idea when I moved into my house how to reset my water softener when the power went out. They came out explained everything and spent at least a good 30-45 minutes including changing the battery. They did not charge me a penny since it was the first visit and don't charge for an explanation of how to use all the functions for the first time. If there were 10 stars, I would have given them that and more. Please call them if you need water softener services.

Berks Water Technology installed a whole house water softener and carbon filter for us. Our experience with them has been outstanding. From the no pressure consultation, to the install, to the excellent water quality, it has all been great. They have even been on time to every single appointment.
