It has been a wonderful experience working with Phil and Debbie. I went with the EC4 Water Conditioning System and Ultrefiner Elite Drinking Water System based on the water test. The result is amazing. Well worth the money spent.

Phil installed our RO system and carbon tanks nearly 6 years ago after we built our home. Having safe water to drink and bathe in is a priority for my family. The service and knowledge that Berks Water Technology offers is top notch. I have recommended others who are happy with their services as well. I will continue to recommend BWT!

Wow. Berks Water technology is the best. I absolutely had no idea when I moved into my house how to reset my water softener when the power went out. They came out explained everything and spent at least a good 30-45 minutes including changing the battery. They did not charge me a penny since it was the first visit and don't charge for an explanation of how to use all the functions for the first time. If there were 10 stars, I would have given them that and more. Please call them if you need water softener services.

We got our replacement water softener from BWT and could not be happier. The customer service is top notch. Our new water softener has made a huge difference in all of our appliances, shower water and washing machine.
