I glad I went there and my issues are being resolved
Easy scheduling, Dr Harris was great, nursing staff is awesome.
They seem to have very nice doctors and nurses, but the scheduling department is awful! I've been trying everyday since my visit last week to schedule a surgery. I feel like I would have more success signaling the moon with a mirror. UPDATE: Harry reached out to me on his personal cell phone. Seems like a very nice guy! Problem is he was not able to help me. I'd much rather hear from his scheduling department. UPDATE: I did just get off the phone with the scheduling department. They were able to schedule me about 4 1/2 weeks... read more
Edit: I received a call back from Harry. Very nice gentleman to deal with! Was understanding and apologetic! I truly believe he will fix some of the issues I had stated and won’t be a problem for others. I have my appointment rescheduled. Thanks Harry! If I could put a zero I would! Scheduled my procedure month and half out. Lady called me 2.5 weeks before procedure telling me I had to pay over $1900 that day and if I didn’t they would cancel my appointment! Who does that! They canceled it because I refused to pay for a proc... read more
