DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING! Make the trip to somewhere else and save yourself the trouble of having to talk to the scheduling manager, who is a rude and horrible little woman
Worst customer service ever! I had a really disappointing experience here, and it all came down to the receptionist. From the moment I walked in, she was dismissive, rude, and acted like I was inconveniencing her just by asking a simple question. There was no professionalism, no courtesy—just attitude. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was terrible. If this is how they treat people at the front desk, it doesn’t inspire much confidence in the rest of the service. I won’t be returning.

Easy scheduling, Dr Harris was great, nursing staff is awesome.
