The owner was very rude and dismissive towards me when explaining why he didn't want to deliver to my property. He didn't have any other solution he immediately told me to find another company to do it. I even asked if a smaller truck could be used he said no find another company to do it. He was afraid my road was too soft and it actually isn't that soft, the truck would have been fine on the road and my bushes would have been cut back if they had come at the time they were scheduled too (10 am not 9:15 as he stated).
