Everyone was very professional. The doctor treated me with respect.
It was a pleasant place initially, but I was about to have wisdom teeth removed. However, my husband received a rude phone call from a representative demanding to know when I would complete my blood work. My husband had tried to explain this a week before the tooth removal. A rude receptionist named “Sam” yelled at my husband. The staff exhibits a high level of finickiness. The individuals at the front desk are unresponsive to inquiries and frequently redirect patients to other staff members. Obtaining assistance from a manager requires an excessive amount of time, approximately 45 minutes. Once a manager is reached, the patient-doctor relationship is terminated, which is not mutually beneficial. The only doctor who appears to be competent is the one who worked there two years ago. I had two teeth extractions done at the Exeter office and I cant say enough good things about this office staff! From the front desk to the doctors everyone was so kind caring and informative. Dr. Luo was amazing and his nurses put me at ease during the procedure.
