I met with him and he seemed very knowledgeable and had a set plan with how to fix my yard. I was excited and passed up on several other (cheaper) quotes I was given based on his game plan. Signed a contract and paid my deposit on 4/30. However, it is now 8/15 and nothing has been done. I’ve attempted to contact him by email and phone numerous times and eventually stopped getting a reply. At this point I am just asking my security deposit returned as I am no longer interested in the work being done.
Met with the owner Matt at my home for a multi thousand dollar Bid. He was kind and walked the property took pictures made suggestions etc... He said he would get back to us in a few days with a quote. that was about 3 weeks ago... Since then he dodges our calls. ignores our emails. I would not recommend this company. We have received other quotes and will be giving the large job to another reputable company. Maybe the size of the project scared them... But not getting back to your clients is unacceptable and extremely unpro... read more
