Just want to add to my previous review that I was treated with the most unprofessional manner….extremely rude with an “I don’t give a …. attitude. Also, when we initially picked up the motorhome the person at the service desk had no clue what work had been done and could not explain the work without reading word for word what was on work order. Worst service I have ever received! Motorhome was towed in because after stopping for gas it would not turn over. They were to call after looking at it to go over findings. They did not call until they had done “repairs” and bill was $2000. Took 3 times to turn over upon picking up. Drove less than 10 min down the road for tire appointment and it would not start again. Contacted them and they sent a mechanic down to look at it. He did get it started ONCE and then while I was standing right there I watched it fail repeatedly.... read more
