I went to Live Better three month ago to get a hearing evaluation and then got hearing aids. I got the Phonak Audeo I90-R Sphere and absolutely love them. I had Dr. M. Scott MacDonald and found him to be so helpful. He took his time and explained everything to me. He is very patient and listened to all my concerns. I just went back for my three month check- up and he cleaned my aids and could not have been nicer. I've had only a positive experience At Live Better Hearing. Going in, I knew I'd be needing some type of hearing aid. After a complete audio test, Scott worked with me to identify best options including the ability to 'test drive' two different type/brands of hearing aids. Just completed my one year follow-up/check-in with Scott at Live Better Hearing and he delivered the same level attention as I received a year ago.
Dr. Brudereck was very attentive to all my questions and helped me understand my new hearing aids. I would highly recommend her.
