I’ve been seeing Ralph for over a decade and have been super happy with my care here.
I’m seen at this office and had dropped off important paperwork that needed to be filled out by the Dr. after a week with no one calling me to tell me the papers were filled out I called to find out why I haven’t heard from them, to them to then tell me that they lost my paper work. They charged me 15$ then lose the paperwork. Unexceptionable!!!
