Hello. Thanks to The Berks County Housing Authority, I have a very cozy studio apartment, and I am able to pay my bills. I am able to survive on my own in my apartment. It is very pretty. The people in charge of BCHA are kind and caring. The maintenance staff are very kind and curtious. I just suggest that if you move in, that you dont gossip and it's best to keep to yourself. 5 stars. I have a home and everything I need to survive.

Thanks to BCHA, I have a safe home of my own, with a cat. I like my apartment, I think it's nicely laid out. BCHA has some really nice people running it, and the maintenance men are such hard workers. The rules are reasonable. I like the ability of living on my own. I just suggest if you move into an apartment at BCHA, it be best for you to keep to yourself, but its also important to be kind and curtious to your neighbors. 5 stars.

The office has no work ethics or professionalism. Upper management and tenant manager don't know what they are doing. They need to be retrained and actually abide by their own rules first before having tenants follow them. There is a no smoking policy on all properties however the Supervisor for Maintance smokes on premises, walks around with a cigar glued to his mouth and a flask bottle of liquor in his back pocket.
