The office has no work ethics or professionalism. Upper management and tenant manager don't know what they are doing. They need to be retrained and actually abide by their own rules first before having tenants follow them. There is a no smoking policy on all properties however the Supervisor for Maintance smokes on premises, walks around with a cigar glued to his mouth and a flask bottle of liquor in his back pocket.
