They will not answer the phone or call back after repeated voicemail this place needs to do better in every department
The doctor my kids have quit now they don’t have a doctor they refuse to assign a doctor because they have a physical months ago I need a doctor for referral they have the worse service at the resepsion only Spanish people like me but they rude I ask to talk to the manager and they said the same thing I think as a Spanish people we damage jobs thinking having a job in the clinic make better person
No hay forma alguna aunque el número lo cambien de comunicarse vía telefónica con ellos y nunca hay citas disponibles…. Eso es algo deprimente! Obligatoriamente hay que ir , pero cuidado porque si tú médico de cabecera te dice te quiero ver en tres meses aún el mes esté en su mitad de días te dicen que debes esperar a la 1era semana del mes próximo y cuando vas ya disque no hay una bendita cita.
Erin Woltjen is amazing my boys see her i have no problems with her at all. My problem is with a nurse whom told me Joseph MD shalu refused to do a over the phone appointment with me because my boys are not updated on vaccines my oldest is medically exempt from all vaccines they are life treating to my oldest child and I would never give my youngest child them after the experience I had with my first.
