Friendly and nice, knows what she's doing. My clothing is always ready on time. She doesn't take credit cards, but what small business can? The credit card companies keep nearly half of the amounts with small business. I'd never put her out, demanding she stay late special for me... That as just plain long rude of that other lady. She got your stuff ready on time, you get it on time.

Customer Service Lacking.. – I went to Berkovic to have a dress altered (I needed several inches taken off the length). When I came to pick up the dress, I arrived at the store before closing time. The woman working was noticeably irritated that I came 10 minutes before closing ( I DID call to inform her that I was rushing back from a business trip and I would be there right before she closed). When I got to the store she had her keys in hand and she, in an unapologetic manner, told me that they did not take credit cards... ... read more

Best tailor I've ever had – I've had everything from jeans, to a bridesmaid dress altered at Berkovic, and they never fail to do an amazing job. Even if you go in not knowing WHY something doesn't fit well, they can figure out what needs to be done to make it fit you perfectly. Always friendly, and the work is impeccable. I'll never take my clothes anywhere else.
