Awful property owners that will nickel and dime you repeatedly and increase your rent 10% annually with no upgrades or additional benefits.
I have had nothing but good experiences with Berkeley Properties. My only complaint is that I wish they wouldn't allow dogs but, it seems like every apartment community allows dogs these days. Every property we went to look at there were young kids with dogs walking around.
Yes I have a lean against Berkeley priorities at Wilmington Manor Liverpool New York. Because they failed to pay a debt to me I would be very careful
