I love this place The instructors are so helpful and respectful to where you are at when you start. My strength and balance has grown exponentially. Heather , George , Jenae and the interns are the best . This program has changed my life. I seen were someone “ ghost “ 9 months ago had a problem, I’m going on my second year and I can tell you they are lying. 5 stars

If I could give a zero I would. None of the coaches know what they are doing, and all of the nutritional information they give can be found in a free online Google search. They make fun of the people who are hurt claiming they are “just whining or being a baby.” The owner’s wife picks who she wants to stay working there. The owner and the manager have unrealistic expectations. They trick you into signing a contract to be a full-time trainer and say the six months are just probation and after the six months are over they fire... read more

Had a two week trial and Loved it! The instructors were great (Heather and Jordan)! Didn’t have the money at the time to join after my trial but I will soon! They really watch to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and work with you if you have any physical limitations! Try it out! You will Love it too! Small classes and everyone is so friendly!

Coaches are wonderful and know how to meet you right where you are. The workouts are top notch, I would not go any where else.
