This is a group of coaches who not only bring the energy and results, but they truly care. This is more than a workout. It’s a family!
The people here make the hard work fun. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. Challenging workouts are doable with the amazing coaching and support.
I was initially skeptical about the efficacy of a 30 minute session/ 3 times week for the Over 60 crowd. But boy was I wrong!! I have come out sweating and feeling good EVERY session. The instructors/ coaches are VERY WELL trained and keep the focus on the Functional exercises so important to the quality of everyday life. They are also attuned to each individual during the group sessions - and facilitate adaptions as appropriate. | 100% recommend this place
This place has truly changed my life. They supported me through two pregnancies and a marathon PR! I cannot say enough good things about the Berkley FBBC team!
