I have been coming to Fit Body Forever sessions for about 1.5 years. Today I joined my wife in a boot camp session. Although it was a tough workout I made it! Today’s session was led by Ben with assist by Sara. Both coaches are motivational and made the workout fun! But, all of the coaches are great! I highly recommend Berkley Fit Body to get the ole’ body in shape!
Fit Body Berkley is amazing...all of the interns and coaches are fantastic, George, Sarah, Heather, Ivan, Evan Jordan, and Spencer all rock! And I vant forget josh
The Fit Body Forever workouts are spot on for the older crowd. The staff is constantly researching what is best for the 55+ clients always evolving the training. Staff is very knowledgeable and dedicated to improving our fitness and health.
