I made a purchase for a part on 06/13/2024 i made a report right away that part was not working! The company said they will send someone to check it out. I keep asking for an update and as of today 11/25/2024 they have not provided me with a solution all they say someone will get back to you. Why is it taking more than 5 months for someone to get back to me ? If you are not able to find a solution please just refund my money $20663.03
