Mr. Berkemeier doesn’t act very motivated. His secretary is very rude every time I call. He too was extremely rude. Being he is court appointed, I don’t think anything can be done. He lacks in communication with his client ( I am the go between) his words- “ ma’am, you are not my client “ yet, does he let his client know what’s happening? Frustrated and feeling helpless.
