The streets are bad. Management sucks
*EDIT* IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS! THE LOT RENT HAS GONE UP, ONCE AGAIN, AND MY FAMILY MEMBER IS NOW PAYING OVER $1,200 A MONTH. THIS IS DISGUSTING AND IT HAS TO STOP! The owner is money hungry!!! Most of the residents are on fixed incomes. In the last 2 years he has raised the lot rent nearly $200 a month and is going to raise it another $150, January of 2025. Extremely surprised there are many homes that don't look like mobile homes but actual homes. The insides look like new remodeled home. 👍👍
