Maria the manger of the park is very rude she has her yard filled thing junk and threatened a other people she will call the cops on them or charge them a fee she is never in the office and when the pool is one publicly she kicked out the pool and said it’s only for my family because I live here and only mangers can use the pool and she locks the pool that for everyone who lives there
The streets are bad. Management sucks
*EDIT* IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS! THE LOT RENT HAS GONE UP, ONCE AGAIN, AND MY FAMILY MEMBER IS NOW PAYING OVER $1,200 A MONTH. THIS IS DISGUSTING AND IT HAS TO STOP! The owner is money hungry!!! Most of the residents are on fixed incomes. In the last 2 years he has raised the lot rent nearly $200 a month and is going to raise it another $150, January of 2025. Residents like my family member, who are on fixed incomes, will be paying nearly $1,100 a month!!! That doesn't include any utilities, just the space! The pa... read more
Extremely surprised there are many homes that don't look like mobile homes but actual homes. The insides look like new remodeled home. 👍👍
