My dog Allie is high anxiety an somewhat aggressive towards strangers. We went to see Dr. Alyssa an Allie was very comfortable. This is by far the best clinic I have been to. They are helpful, kind an so understanding . I felt at ease with them an they helped my 12 yr old dog to feel better. Thank you soo much. I truly appreciate all of you for your kindness and honesty. I have been a loyal customer to BVC for almost 10 years and I couldn’t and wouldn’t imagine taking my babies anywhere else. The exceptional quality of care, expertise, and knowledge are truly unmatched!!! From the doctors to the techs to the entire staff, they are amazing and always go above and beyond for not just me but also for my babies. I can not say enough amazing things about this veterinary’s office. I was in a pickle and they got me in right away. The customer service and care they had for my cat was above and beyond, so incredibly happy to have found this place. Also the “fear free” method they have is impressive
The Vet did a wonderful job with my cats teeth extraction surgery and neutering him 4 stars for the vet doctor. They even kept hin few hours longer because of excessve bleeding after surgery. As to the assistant who took me through the details of surgery on site someone should teach her not to show so much impatience and exasperation when a client has valid questions and concerns. 1 star for her Facility is extremely expensive to top it off.
