The Vet did a wonderful job with my cats teeth extraction surgery and neutering him 4 stars for the vet doctor. They even kept hin few hours longer because of excessve bleeding after surgery. As to the assistant who took me through the details of surgery on site someone should teach her not to show so much impatience and exasperation when a client has valid questions and concerns. 1 star for her Facility is extremely expensive to top it off.
Very professional caring veterinarians. Seen Dr Alyssa and usually see Dr Wes for my 14 year old pup Entire staff is wonderful . Jackie at the receptionist area has been amazing with answering questions and concerns, always with a smile.
The experience at Berkeley Veterinary Center, for both our pup and for us, is by far, the most relaxing, calming and thoughtful experience that any of us have ever enjoyed, going to 'the vet'. Received a flower patch in shape of a heart with a card for our dear departure of Buba "Boseph" who has passed in March. We are happy to have his little brother Lulu "Luke" with us...thank you BVC
