Unfortunately, my experience at Berkeley Vale Medical Centre was disappointing. I found the reception staff to be rude, and I was particularly concerned about my privacy. The receptionist spoke about my Gosford hospital procedure so loudly for people behind me to hear, and the doctor also came into the waiting area and spoke loudly about my treatment too. Overall, I didn’t feel my privacy was respected. I wouldn’t recommend.
From EXCELLENT to SADLY DEFICIENT. What a shame this practice has deteriorated. Their Receptionist bullies older people talking down to them, talking over them as a form of bullying. They change doctors on patients without notifying the patient. They cannot time-control appointments and it appears the scheduled appointments are at whatever delayed time suits them. Sorry not taking new patients but they apologies. Wouldn’t want to. Be gravely ill.
It takes four weeks to get a GP appointment and there was issues with patient privacy as the doctor and receptionist constantly talked about my health problems in the waiting area. I found a much better clinic elsewhere which is managed much better.
