Repaired and cleaned my Olivetti Lettera 22. Amazing to find a shop that knew the machine inside and out. Great service. Very friendly staff. Amazing resource if you have a typewriter.

Very disappointed. I brought the machine to fix the tabulators and replace the draw-band. Had to pay the full price in advance -$225. He replaced the band, but couldn’t fix the tabulators, which obviously was the bigger challenge. He blatantly refused a partial refund. Not a cent. So unfair!!! Not only charging for things he didn’t do, but also unable to fix tabulators. Maybe he’s fine for changing ribbons or cleaning, but clearly is not an expert that can be trusted with more complex repair and certainly not the money!!!
