My wife and I chose this facility for their physical therapy program. Dustin and his staff were phenomenal. When I began my training I could not do much. However after several months of hard work and guidance I accomplished so much to improve myself. The medical staff is so caring in how they treat their patients. They go above and beyond what I expected. Furthermore every Doctor appointment I had was scheduled and promptly handled by Lynx patient transportation services. Definitely an A+. I think the staff here is absolutely phenomenal. They work endlessly, to provide the best standard of care. I’m forever grateful to the wonderful ladies doing gods work.
If I could give this place a zero I would...no one EVER answers at the nursing station, you can't get anyone to go down to a room and give a patient the phone to answer them. The call button can be pushed for 30 minutes and no one shows up. If you're wanting to dump your parents off at a place and forget about them this is the place to do it.
