“Eyeball estimation”. While mostly booked, seems like prefer to work on easier to repair large vehicles. Gave same quote as Firestone, but FS honor warranty in many locations.
Been waiting 2 months for my car to get worked on… they give me a date for me to bring the car in only for them to say they don’t have all the parts smh… all this after I gave them the money for the parts… bad communication
Great experience at the workshop ! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful… the workshop was really clean. They did a great job on my car and made the whole process easy and quick. Definitely recommend this shop if you’re looking for reliable and quality service! Also shoutout to david! Even though i’m a newly scared driver, he was really helpful and answered all my questions he made sure i felt comfortable and explained everything. 10/10 would definitely be back.
I had a great experience with Berkeley Radiator, especially working with David. He did an excellent job fixing the suspension on my 2002 Lexus SC430 and made sure everything was done properly and safely. David was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. The quality of the work was excellent, and I really appreciate the attention to detail. I highly recommend David and Berkeley Radiator to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality automotive service!
David did an amazing job with my RAM Promaster 1500 camper van. My AC was not working, he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave a competitive quote to fix it. It was a tough fix given the modifications to the van but he made it work. It is blowing cold. So thankful! Great communication and professionalism.
