They charged me $50 in Mar because my last refill was in Nov stating I am not filling enough times. When I started 2018 as long as I filled it completely once a year or at least 50 minimum this charge would not occur. Now I called them to refill again and they are telling me I have to prepay before they fill due to payment history. My bill is and has been PAID so what’s the problem… greed.
It is September 6, 2023. I called yesterday for information and pricing on Propane to be told that they will not give out any information over the phone and that I had to use their website to request service. I did that only to be called today so they could tell me that since I did not purchase my Generator from Canter through them, that new service requests are being put on a wait list for sometime after January 2024. The technician who came to test my lines and propane heater was fantastic and very thorough. He answered all the questions and concerns I had about using my new propane heater.
Excellent service with scheduling of propane easy and quick. Also provided additional outlet for my grill for a very reasonable price.
Good service but posting of payments is slow and confusing even with credit card on file.
