I have moved to Berkeley county 2x and this company is passive aggressive. They make it very hard to speak to a representative. I just moved Tuesday back to Berkeley county and it's Thursday morning...my balance was 27.00 and they turned off my electric. A co-op sounds very appealing this day in age but not when they don't see that maaaaybe you just opened an account 2 days ago and you haven't even sent a bill yet? 🫴🏽👎🏽
They charge you a $1+ a day just use the power service … on top of your bill, they’re getting about 40+ dollars from you extra …. But will turn your power off for owing less then $1 lol … Blatant stealing and robbery for mid service
