I just moved into Berkeley Place. When I came there I was greeted by Mrs. Renee Braud. She was amazing at explaining everything to me thoroughly. She showed us around the beautiful community. Renee was very welcoming that's when I knew this was going to be my new home. Thank you so much Renee.

Terminated tenancy on March 16. Although an unproblematic resident who ALWAYS paid on time, the leasing office declined my request to stay an extra week, as there was so much movement at work and everywhere else amidst the rise of the COVID pandemic. Since then, I’ve not received a refund for my deposit or the credit balance on my account. Close to $600. Lease agreement says payment should be received within 30 days of terminating tenancy. Moved from FL, and I have to say Madison and Mary were both so helpful. There were some smaller issues with our move in date but they helped rectify immediately. Great customer service!!
Love my community! I feel incredibly safe and welcomed here. The staff is so nice and attentive. The location is so close to everything. I love how it caters to all of us - nice big beautiful updated apartments, my husband can enjoy the clean fitness center, my dogs LOVE the dog park, and I love that I can take them to get washed in the brand new pet spa so I don’t have to bring my stinky dogs back to my clean home ;) this is a very family and pet friendly community and I’m so happy to be here!
Great area, close to shops, restaurants and UNCC. Amendies are good, love the valet garbage pick up. Resident Manager Jessica Parker is personanable with great customer service and willing to help with your needs. Property is well taken care of.
