This is an excellent facility. I went today for a treatment that required an IV. The nurse who took care of me was sweet and professional. I noticed that the folks working at the various desks were extremely thoughtful, helpful, and friendly. Plus, the automated parking stubs and validation are up and working. I had to get help to make sure that I had validated correctly and the woman who assisted was very kind. The GPS in my car is a little confused: I drove up from the south on San Pablo. I see my doctor at this facility and I get the care that I need. I love that I don't have to go all the way into the city for routine medical care.
The lady working at the front desk for lab is so unprofessional - I politely asked her how long it would take as I had another appointment later that day - she was so impatient, but she checked my paperwork and confirmed it would only take a few minutes - I made the payment accordingly and went in. Soon, I was told by the nurse my tests included a breath test, which would take up to 20-30 minutes after the blood test. Then I said I wasn’t informed of that, and I would have to do it another day. Theologis was a lifesaver in getting my mom the back surgery she needed, when other docs were afraid to intervene. She couldn’t tolerate the pain any longer. He has a warm, confident and calming presence. So grateful we found him!
