My family and I were very disappointed with the way we were spoken to and treated by the managers they came across aggressive from the first meeting. Having stayed here on several occasions in the past, we witnessed an alarming deterioration in maintenance and hygiene: 1. Could not shower without flooding the bathroom, because the shower seals have degraded: falls risk 2. Mould in shower: health hazard 3. Broken washing machine that kept stopping mid-cycle.
