Very friendly,,,very helpful,,very concerned they treat you like they really care.
This location is AMAZING!! The services are awesome! The entire Bariatric team is super supportive and very professional! Unfortunately, one of the receptionist, JoAnna, is very rude and condescending. Her customer service is disgusting! Clearly it's the wrong field of employment for her. Something as small as requesting an appointment change should not warrant such vile, disrespectful treatment. She needs to be retrained on how to respectfully engage with patients/clients!
This is a beautiful office complex and located in a high growth and high traffic area. Perfect for a professional office.
