There is a reason these guys bulk bill. Rude and condescending and try to get you in as much as possible to increase the amount they can charge to Medicare. I work in the medical field so I understand what should and shouldn’t be said to patients. I attended twice for a routine blood test and both time I was told to come back later (book another appointment with them) before the blood test form would be given. Avoid at all costs
They were able to fit me in with short notice so I could get my script renewed. Very nice Doctor, thorough in the care and advice given
Dr vandana segal was very professional and friendly and Joan the receptionist is friendly and helpful
Very disappointing experience with Dr Sangeetha at this clinic. I booked an appointment to discuss my results, but they were not ready. I was told there was no time to look for them because appointments are only 10 minutes. I felt rushed, as the doctor kept checking her watch. I was asked to book another appointment the next day by phone.
