Had terrible experience with this Medical centre. From reception to doctor to staff and pathologist. Firstly; the doctor, she had no idea even after 2 appointments, Then the receptionist is super racist and unfriendly, called me today for an unpaid invoice, and while i was driving i asked her politely that i will go home and pay and she said pay right now. I used this surgery today for an in-person appointment as neither of the two bulk billing practices I usually use had availability and this place would bulk bill. I had seen a male GP at Berkeley many months ago who has since left and he was dreadful - no eye contact. I then had a couple of Telehealth consults with one of the female GPs who is there currently. Long waiting times with no explanation or reassurance given by the reception
Dr Sangeetha was very polite, patient and empathetic. She reassured me was very thorough with my examination. I would highly recommend Dr Sangeetha! Reception team is very efficient and Lucinda helped me thru my diagnostic bookings thanks for your help team.
I had a super negative experience with Dr Sangeetha Ponnusamy. She was rude and condescending throughout the entire appointment and quite frankly I felt she was wasting my time for my Medicare money. I felt like she was trying to get me back in as much as possible (three times!) with no resolution to increase the amount charged to Medicare. I attended twice for a routine blood test and both times I was told to come back later (book another appointment with them) before the blood test form would even be given.
