For some reason, the computer indicated that I did not want my vision checked - I had already paid the fee for the contact lenses fitting, so I'm not sure why that happened. It did cause some confusion at first with the Doctor, but once it was cleared up he did the vision check. It seemed a bit rushed, but all worked out in the end.
Everyone -- from Amelia, who booked my first appointment, to Dr. Leventhal -- was very helpful, explaining what was happening and why before I even needed to ask. They all helped to make me comfortable dealing with the unknown of what was going on with my eyes.
I called the office about a concern and was given a same day appointment with Dr Bargoud whom I’ve never met before. He was pleasant, explained what his was going to do before he proceeded and repeatedly asked if I was ok. I felt very comfortable with his skills and knowledge. I would definitely recommend him and Dr Leventhal.
