Update: again the technicians were great.. Melissa and the male technician(I didn't his name.l) were nice and personable. I went in for an issue and they got me in even though my next appointment is not until Nov. T he last few times Dr Leventhal was better. This time he was rushed and annoyed. While I should have come in sooner he should have been kinder and gave me a better explanation. Any time I spoke he ignored my comments. I was disappointed. The technicians were great. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, answer questions and explain treatment options. His professional manner and expertise made me feel confident in the care I received. I am grateful for the positive experience and high level of service provided
Dr.Leventhal and the staff are very thorough, professional, and kind. Always clear in communication. I've been going to an eye doctor since 1957 and this doctor is the best optical caregiver I have ever experienced. I highly recommend him and his staff.
