RecommendedI whole heartedly recommend The Berkeley Hearing Center. Dr. Jessa Muscio Traylor is an excellent and compassionate doctor and teacher, who carefully explains the system of using and adapting your hearing aids. I had many reservations, and she carefully responded to each of them. She sent me notes after each appointment. I feel welcome to stop by the Hearing Center whenever I need any advice. I am very grateful to have a Resound Hearing aid that is nestled comfortably in my ear.

Great service! Jonathan and John have supported me through thick and thin. From Jonathan’s initial exam and subsequent fitting to my losing my aids twice. John with his basso profundo now takes care of some minor repairs, leaving Jonathan to concentrate on the heavy lifting.

A few years ago, I upgraded to behind-the-ear bluetooth enabled ReSound hearing aids. The support I have received from audiologist Jonathan Lipshutz has been beyond wonderful. He always is informed and personable, willing to explain all the components and try out changes with full attention to my input and experience. Office Manager John Chakan is reliably friendly, helpful, and well-informed. I highly recommend the Berkeley Hearing Center; I can't imagine better support than what I receive here!
