After a several years of hearing testing the time has come for hearing aids. Berkeley Hearing has been fantastic in counseling me appropriately, and now the time has come. Dr. Gabriel explained my hearing loss thoroughly, answered all my questions and made it clear that is is part of an ongoing process of education-a partnership in helping me retain as much of my hearing and cognitive connections as possible. I feel secure and supported in this next phase. The office runs smoothly and everyone is exceptionally kind.
My 5 star rating is based on two things: my own first visit and my partner's visits over the past several years. This place is very welcoming and friendly. The clinical staff member I saw (Dr Ramirez) was both professional and approachable. She impressed me as someone I could have a long-term relationship with. I called into Berkeley Hearing Center asking for an emergency fix for my hearing aids before jumping on a plane later in the day. From the office staff to the audiologist I could not have asked for more courteous nor prodlfessional service. I am not a patient as I live in Panama, nonetheless they saw me as a walkin, repaired my hearing aid and sent me on my way with plenty of time to catch my flight with my hearing restored. My teen son had earwax buildup removed at Berkeley Hearing Center, and we were so happy with their service. Lovely clean office with fun music posters on the wall, nice staff, and very on-time. In and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
Dr.Ramierz is simply the best. She helped me understand how important hearing aids would be for me. The whole process was seamless. And I love my hearing aids!
