After a several years of hearing testing the time has come for hearing aids. Berkeley Hearing has been fantastic in counseling me appropriately, and now the time has come. Dr. Gabriel explained my hearing loss thoroughly, answered all my questions and made it clear that is is part of an ongoing process of education-a partnership in helping me retain as much of my hearing and cognitive connections as possible. I feel secure and supported in this next phase. The office runs smoothly and everyone is exceptionally kind.
Berkeley Hearing Center is the best! Initially, I had gone to Costco, hoping to use the cheaper hearing aids they offer. Unfortunately, after multiple appointments over six months, I still couldn’t tolerate/wear Costco hearing aids. Competence is a scarce commodity in this world. All to say that being in the presence of such smart, beaming, confidently competent people is such a blessing and relief. I went in with a bit of an ear ache and had a last minute ear wax removal procedure and it was fast and easy and affordable. Love the vibe inside, and the friendly atmosphere they create. Highly recommend!
I have been using Berkeley Hearing Center for several years. I suffered a serious head injury almost a decade ago that damaged both of my cochleas rendering me functionally deaf without hearing aids. I tried several audiologists who did a less than satisfactory job. I finally found BHC. Jonathan, the owner, was the first audiologist who treated me, a semiprofessional musician, with the understanding and care I needed. I definitely recommend Berkeley Hearing. Working with the, has been a delight. Very knowledgeable, they go the extra mile to take care of hearing problems. Always pleasant always on time with appointments, and continue servicing the hearing aid I guess forever. Of course the purchase of the hearing aid was expensive, but oh how it’s worth it. Audiologist has expertise, the staff are very pleasant/ I have no complaints whatsoever/ Buying their hearing aid have had so many benefits.
