variety of hats for decent prices This hat store is filled with all kinds of hats! I see young, middle-aged, and elderly people shopping here. They are decent priced, although I have never bought a hat here, I have many friends ravish about the store. I pass by it everyday on the way home from school and can't help but notice the display case of funky, playful, and casual hats. Upset customer I was very disappointed with their lack of fairness and concern about customer satisfaction. I ordered 3 hats, of which 2 were the size I ordered. The other was 3 sizes too large. I emailed them about the problem. Their solution was for me to pay 2 way postage to get another hat, of hopefully the correct size. I didn't do anything wrong, why should I pay another $14.00 to possibly take care of their shortcomings? I simply won't shop at Berkeley Hat Co. again. Thanks, Charles
I LOVE THIS STORE!!! I love this store!!! This store has a wide selection of hats and great prices too!!! They have all kinds of fedoras, fascinators, church hats, and fun costume ideas as well. I would definitely recommend this place!
