They replaced cracked glass for a commercial storefront window. However their workers cracked the replacement glass. I have called numerous occasions for them to come back out to fix their mistake. They have promised but never did the work. I sent a professional letter asking they either replace the glass their workers’ cracked or give me a refund. Great shop! The owner David has become a friend and is a very personable man and he does great work according to the number of times I have hired them. I have a small project, I left a message for him to call me about it, he has not got around to it but they still deserve 5 stars. Thanks Berkeley Glass!
