This friken service department SUCKS!!!!!! Bring in my 80k raptor for a oil change and alignment and I get back my truck with a bad alignment steering wheel all to the left side and then the oil pan skid plate they never tightened up so it’s been rattling all the way to work for 6 days because my work schedule is super busy . I’ve been to there shop twice they then say they can’t do the alignment to take it somewhere else . People be aware ! If your time is valuable and you want quality work I suggest anywhere but here

It is a chore to get a response or follow up from this department. The only way to make any forward progress in my experience has been to reach out directly to a manager. I have had services provided under warranty and my service provider can't ever remember what we have and have not done or what he has or has not ordered. I do NOT recommend this service department and if you have convenient access to another service department then definitely go there. This place is frustrating and they don't seem to care about the customer... read more
Five stars to the advisor. However, this is the second time, in a row, where I have picked up my car and there have been oil hand prints on it. Vehicle is white, so you can see them pretty clearly. Service is great, just slightly inconvenient
