I have been going to Berkeley Family for several years now, and I have seen almost all of their doctors and nurses. Today I went in and was greeted by a nurse who immediately gave me the impression she was having a bad day and didn't want to deal with me. Then Dr. Santi came in my room and he also had a look of displeasure and loathing on his face. Both acted as if they hate their jobs or as if they were both having a really bad day. I have been seeing Dr. Ackemann and Dr. Wilhoit for years. I love both of them. I recommend them to anyone looking for healthcare services. If its something they feel you need to see a specialist they will refer you. Very comfortable and professional environment. Everyone is very friendly and I send all my friends and family to BFP.
I became a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Santi a month ago and have had 2 appointments at Berkeley Family Practice. I am VERY impressed with how this office is run and by Dr. Santi. I couldn't be happier. You can't go wrong.
I saw Dr. Nathan Averill today for several things I have going on and he was extremely rude. He was almost to the point of yelling at me and ask if I would like to receive treatment else where. Maybe I would have accepted that offer if it wasn't for me already having paid a co pay and taking time off from work. I would tell him what was going on and he would have a look of disgust on his face. He is extremely arrogant and will make you feel embarrassed about whatever you have going on. Highly DO NOT recommend.
Life saving place Went in with high b/p hurting arm and chest. I was on my way to Roper in a short time where they did four by/passes I feel this saved my life at BFP. I have been going here since the first week they opened and have all ways had good treatment and people show they care. Now we got plenty of parking front and back. I would re-command them. The nurses are very good and caring and the doctors are like a good brother easy to talk with.
