Dr. Ton and her team are WONDERFUL. My visits are always pleasant and insightful.
The visit was okay The girls at the front desk were very welcoming and attentive and professional. I think they were having some problems with their computers. doctor Ton was really nice and did a great job. Very professional staff and courteous.
This is Wasting my time!Please hire someone understand insurance for front desk. I called yesterday specifically told the front that my insurance is HMO to double check if they accept it. The lady said yes. I gave her all details of my insurance includes the policy number. However the black lady at the front told me that she doesn’t accept my insurance today. Of course I was upset. Rude illiterate customer service. Representatives called for a new patient visit, provided the name of an assurance was told to call bad when I had the card call back and there was something different. It was the delivery rude igrette.I wouldn't want my child to be seen here. Thank you for front door heads up good well done 👏🏾
