I had a wonderful first time experience with Berkeley Eye Center. I went there for a second opinion and saw Dr. Micheletti. I was pleased with his information provided to me. He was knowledgeable and professional and seemed to really care for me as a patient. Everyone I came in contact with was also professional, friendly, and skilled. I will be using this Eye Center from herein. If you're looking for a good Eye Center, then go to Berkeley Eye Center.

I was debating when and if I post another review for Berkeley, but honestly I don't have faith at this point that I will ever have 20/20 vision in my right eye. There is no clear or concise response from anyone on whether it will improve or stay worse than before the enhancement, and being told there is room for improvement via another enhancement is concerning. Excellent experience at Berkeley Eye. Everyone was kind and professional. Dr. Ton took the time to explain the results clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. I felt genuinely cared for and never rushed. It’s rare to find that level of expertise paired with such a warm, attentive approach. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-quality eye care.
