RecommendedWow!! What an amazing experience. Lindsey and Lisa got me checked in and out very quickly. Estafani was very friendly and got me ready to see the Doctor. Dr Hilton came in with Angel (a scribe) so he could focus on me and me alone. Afterwards, Tricia hooked me up with some cool additions to my lenses and frames through my insurance. Waiting room was not packed, social distancing was observed, and everyone wore a mask. 5 out of 5 stars and recommended to everyone.

All of the Cleveland Berkeley staff were extremely nice and professional. This was the first time going to the Cleveland office. Everyone made me feel welcome and they used great safety measures during the Covid-19 pandemic. I received a great eye exam and excellent service. This will definitely be the Berkeley location for me and my family.

The people in there are so fantastic to work with. I had a bad experience with another company who left me worried about my eye sight. I called them and they took me right in. They made sure that there was not the problem that I had been told was there. Christina Mayorga took the time to find out enough about me to get me set up with a pair of glasses that would cause me less problems. She was wonderful. Thank you all
