Great experience at Berkeleys. Optometrist was very friendly and helped me with my daughter’s glasses, she made my daughter feel very welcomed. I was in and out in no time, which was a plus.
Had a great Experience at the office! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable. The front desk staff were kind, patient and super helpful with any questions I had. My Dr was absolutely wonderful - very knowledgeable and genuinely caring. The optometrist side worked so well together, and the atmosphere was friendly and professional. it's not often you find a place where you feel this taken care of. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for excellent eye care and great overall experience :)
I will be leaving an honest review, everyone in the surrounding area, recommends them but they are trash, the waiting time is horrible. And I went to get my eye exam for the very first time, and I expressed to the doctor that I wanted contact lenses and she literally only gave me a prescription for glasses smh. I asked the lady in optical to check for contact lens coverage due to my insurance, she ensured me, I didn’t have it. I take my son and my daughter here to see the eye doctor she is wonderful with my kids.She makes us feel welcome and very comfortable , including the whole staff i wouldn't take my kids anywhere else
