Bunch of legends, had all my power out after hours and gave them a call, they walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone and directed me to get in contact with infrastructure provider as it was an issue on their side. So refreshing to deal honest people, will def be giving them a call in the future for my electricity work
Beware of the ad, $0 call out fee is misleading. They wanted to charge me $450 for the after hours call out. When I questioned the fee they reduced it to their standard call out fee of $286. Beware.
