The lineman parked there trucks and trailer with poles and a tractor on another trailer on my private property. I called to make a complaint. I even spoke to a VP who lied and said they were gonna call me back to discuss the issue. The lineman tore up my my lawn. I had to Hydro seed to get grass back. They sent a supervisor who did nothing but try to justify of why they are on private property. Berkeley co-op needs to have better people who know not to TRESPASS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY
The people there are terrible. They are always right. They are full of BS. TERRIBLE COMPANY. I WISH I HAD NEVER USED THEM. THEY ARE NOT EVEN ONE STAR.
This company is TRASH!!!!!
Terrible customer service who refuses to help. The company later charged fees that would not have been applicable if they had helped. Just unbelievable.
