The people there are terrible. They are always right. They are full of BS. TERRIBLE COMPANY. I WISH I HAD NEVER USED THEM. THEY ARE NOT EVEN ONE STAR.
This company is TRASH!!!!!
Terrible customer service who refuses to help. The company later charged fees that would not have been applicable if they had helped. Just unbelievable.
If I could switch to another light company I would this is the 2nd time our lights went out and won't turn back on because of a faulty meter they have yet to replace smh this is ridiculous and we can never get in touch with the after hours line
