Offer more services helpful services for it's members. Get back into allowing members to buy water heaters, and other electrical appliances and funding. The repayment should be prorated on the electric bills again. This prepay plan SUCKS!!!!
The street lights you have installed on Cane Bay Boulevard and inside the Del Webb neighborhood are terrible. Residents are laughing at you. I'll post a cartoon that is going around.
Never had a problem with Berkeley Electric. Everyone has always been nice.
Our power is out every day for several hours while they work on changes to transformers. When I called they indicated this will go on for the next several weeks to come. I work from home and there is no schedule when it will be turned off, how long each day, no end date established for the project and its 93 degrees outside!!! Their response to me was find another place to work. Very disappointed on the lack of planning and consideration for its customers with this project.
