If your Calling CUSTOMER SERVICE, and Tanya answers.. hang up and Beat your head against a brick wall. More positive results would come from that, rather than speaking to her. Rude, arrogant, not customer oriented in the slightest. Hopefully ALL calls are recorded and this review triggers an audit of her "customer service" skills.
