Absolute garbage cooperation with rate hikes and rude employees. Want all services completed online through an app that is inadequate. Worst monopoly alongside Comcast. Good luck if you have to deal with BEC
Constant power outages. I understand if it’s weather related but most of these are on clear calm days. Ridiculous.
Very difficult to find out what amI owe. If you call there is no way to transfer to a representative. I tried the “chat’ but it won’t let me enter my address. Their communication system is a farce.
The most inconsistent service you could imagine. Do you enjoy losing electrical service while working from home? Losing electrical service in the middle of a pleasant 58 degree night? On an immaculately sunny afternoon? Still want to pay a premium? Then this electricity provider is for you!
After receiving an extraordinarily high bill, I contacted Kayla, Customer Service representative at Berkeley Electric Co. she was very helpful giving me several agreeable options.
