I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I should share it. The technician I worked with was difficult to communicate with and showed little patience. My dog previously lived in China, and I only knew the name of his allergy medication in Chinese. Rather than giving me a moment to translate it, the technician simply left it off the record — meaning his current medication isn’t accurately documented. In September I took my dog here after an apparent seizure around 5am. Doctors were insistent that my dog had ingested marijuana even though no one in the household uses it. They told me he had tested positive for thc and said he should be fine in a couple days without showing us test results. After 3 days we returned after he had gotten worse and they advised us to see a neurologist. The neurologist stated he had a brain swell that would not have been related to marijuana. a bit Meh. went in for a routine chekup and they were friendly but tyhe wait was longer than i needed it to be. definately nothing special but not terrible either.
Best dog and cat veterinarian around.
This place is VERY expensive, about twice as expensive as you might want. The time to think about that is now, not when you're standing there with a seriously sick or injured animal. If you start talking about money at that time your pet will be the loser. No one who overcharges likes to be told about it, no matter how diplomatically you may chose to do it.
