Mike created a design that was not only beautiful but completely resolved a watershed problem. His team handled everything from removing cracked old concrete and tired landscaping to regrading and supplementing the soil. They installed a a permeable paver walkway and patio with pergola. Berkeley Design Group was awesome to work with. We had a large pine tree removed from the middle of our yard and wanted to optimize the space. They worked with us to come up with a plan to level the area and install a new "smokeless" fire pit area. The install took about a day to finish and our back yard was transformed. We love our fire pit area and spend a lot more time in our yard because of it. Mike and his team were responsive and a joy to work with. High quality work. Very professional and knowledgeable. Our project turned out better than I could have imagined - so nice we kept adding to the list. Paver patio, stairs, fire pit, retaining wall, driveway, walkways, trees, plants, bushes, regrading, lighting, the whole 9 yards. Night and day difference. Pictures to follow.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job with my retaining wall and paver patio. Mike knew the process to get the design through my HOA in Colonial Heritage on the first attempt. He even met me at the HOA office to help submit the paperwork to the architectural committee. Needless to say I’m very high on Berkeley Design Group and so will you if you elect to use them for your hardscape project.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! I wish I could leave NO STARS. Berkeley Design installed a paver porch and two walkways for us. Eighteen months later we began to notice some separation of some of the pavers. At first we thought it was because Berkeley had never come back to seal them despite numerous requests and numerous promises and excuses by Mike. Months passed, then years.
