There was some miscommunication on the timing of the installation, but in the end I was very pleased with the quality of the blinds and the final installation.
The business is a fraud. I saw the website. I thought it was a legitimate company. Two locations with a number of reviews across the web. I called the number on the website and "Mike" came out and did an estimate. He said it was custom blinds and would need to order them. I paid about $990 deposit. I didn't hear from him for more than two weeks. Called multiple times and left multiple voicemails with no response. Mike at Berkeley Decor did a great job on fabricating custom drapery, upholstery and pillows. We sourced fabric from various vendors of which he had to keep track. He gave an accurate estimate at the beginning and was willing to go out of his way to find remedies for any issues we needed in the process.
